1. You are over 18 years of age and can provide ID if required to prove so.
2. The decision to become a host is entirely your idea and you have not been coerced into doing so in any way.
3. To your knowledge there is no medical reason why you should not involve yourself in this type of activity.
4. You understand that any payment received for your attendance at a party/event or booking is purely to cover your time and expenses accrued and not for any activities that may occur at the party/event or booking.
5. It is entirely your responsibility to pay tax due from these payments on a self-employed basis.
6. You confirm that under no circumstances you discuss what happens on bookings or share any of your client’s personal data to any third party unless you have been given permission in writing from BiSexClub.
7. If for any reason you cannot attend a party/event or booking which you have confirmed you would attend, you will contact and let BiSexClub know as soon as possible.
8. By completing and submitting the Become A Host application form you also confirm all of the above to be true.
