We may use your personal information in the following ways: For the purposes of making you a registered member of our site, in order for you to contribute content to this site. As part of the site rules, you are not permitted to post any PII (Personally Identifiable Information) and we reserve the right to remove any posts containing such information.
Banned accounts and accounts that have services revoked
The GDPR states that we can continue with our retention policy if an account is banned or services have been withdrawn/terminated by BiSexClub. This can be any or all of the following data held: Email address, IP address, Personally identifiable photos/images/posts, Personally identifiable information aka PII, Photo verification image. However, as a responsible data controller, we will always be mindful of people’s privacy, whether you have been banned or not. This means we will never release stored PII on any accounts. After being banned or having services withdrawn, the account shall remain in a hidden state and not accessible.
Email opt-in preferences under GDPR
As required by law, our marketing communications will have to change in order to be compliant. You will have the option to opt in to receive marketing emails where we may include offers and sales by third parties in emails. You will not need to amend anything for transactional emails (such as notification emails or mail regarding site messages). BiSexClub DOES NOT SELL, lease, or disclose any personal information collected such as your email address and holds this information in the strictest privacy to be used only in the intent that it was disclosed.
